The owner of a house in the Damansara Heights development outside of Kuala Lumpur decided to add a swimming pool on his property. The crew installed (24) grouted helical piles in one week.
Project information including:
- Helical piles as a foundation for new swimming pool
- Pile use : H74 series - Helical Pile + Anchor
- Pile working load : 10 tons = 100 kN
- Piles were load tested using a dynamic drop hammer
- Average installation depth: 6.5 - 9.0 meters
