Company History
- Cyntech began operations in 1981 as a small, client-focused company with the Alberta energy sector.
- In 1997 Cyntech established three divisions - helical piles, pipeline anchors and tank services.
- In 2007 Cyntech built a fabrication facility and head office in Calgary, Alberta
- Cyntech was acquired by Keller Group in 2013 as part of the acquisition of North American Caisson, Ltd.
- In 2021 Cyntech’s helical pile and pipeline anchoring division completes a management buyout from Keller and becomes Cyntech Group.
- 2022 - Cyntech Group is the only helical pile company with manufacturing operations in both Canada and the U.S.
