Founded in 2018 by Chris and Emily Northenscold, Helico Contracting (https://helicocontracting.com) is headquartered in Albertville, MN, and the company provides services all around the Twin Cities. Helico is a certified helical pile installer for Helical Anchors, Inc. based in Minneapolis.
The company has grown from a two-person
husband and wife team in 2018 to the point where there are now two full time crews working year round and specializing in light commercial, residential new construction, foundation repair and grade beam construction. Chris has over twelve years of experience in commercial and residential foundation drilling.
Since founding the company, owners Chris and Emily have maintained a dedicated commitment to:
- Pay very close attention to honesty and detail for gaining trust from homeowner
s when building or repairing their decks and making sure they are level and stable - Utilize a variety of equipment and processes to ensure a customer’s site is left with no trace that the company was even there
- Develop critically important relationships with area contractors
- Provide the highest possible quality helical pile installation, ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing a foundation system that will last them a lifetime
