Recent hurricanes in this part of Florida reeked havoc on many structures. The original house was destroyed by a hurricane and only the garage and swimming pool were left standing.
The home owner decided to build a new house on the lot, and helical piles were specified for the deep foundation. The garage required (3) underpinning piles, and (51) new construction piles were installed for the new house foundation.
The crew successfully installed all of the helical piles in two days.
