Since becoming certified with Hubbell-Chance, the business has been steadily growing. Starting out as just a small crew with a single drive head, they now have multiple crews operating in both the Fairbanks and Anchorage locations with a variety of equipment to fit the need of every unique project.
The company’s main office is located in North Pole, Alaska, however they have completed a large range of projects all over the state. Encountering a variety of soil conditions and the challenging logistics Alaska brings, they have become the go-to installer for contractors and 
engineers looking for helical pile installation, especially in difficult environments.
Installing helical piles in Alaska is no easy feat, especially when there is permafrost encountered which is quite common. Over the past few years the company has become an expert in installing helical piles in permafrost conditions utilizing the CHANCE® Rock-It pile. Along with help from the technology of this pile, they have developed installation techniques to install them into permafrost often without a pre-drill which saves time and money.
