Toyota is opening an 118,000 square foot dealership in the old Sears location and requires significant tenant improvement. This dealership will create a new automotive experience that includes 65 service bays, three drive-thru lanes and a detail facility.
Roterra’s ISO 9001:2015 certified, fully engineered piles will be manufactured with a triple helix configuration and the piles will be installed in sections due to the limited access. The helical piles, with helix diameters up to 24 inches, will be installed to depths of 30 feet or more and will require installation torque varying from 15,000 to 40,000 ft-lbs. The helical piles will support 75 kip compression and 8 kip-ft moment loads… and lots of beautiful new vehicles!
