Project Overview:

Ascend Engineers Consulting referred us to investigate the collapsed brickwall fence on the hill site of a bungalow at Damansara Height Kuala Lumpur. Our engineer's site inspection revealed that the collapse occurred at the lowest point of the slope due to soil erosion caused by surface water undermining the existing fence slab. To prevent further erosion and stabilize the foundation, we installed (3) helical piles. The entire process, including removing the damaged slab, installing the piles, and casting the new pile cap, was completed in three days.
