PierTech at SuperPile '25: Leading with Innovation in Deep Foundations
by PierTech Systems
July 2025

PierTech Systems was proud to serve as the Platinum Sponsor of SuperPile 2025, held in Cleveland this June. As a longtime leader in helical foundation systems, we were honored to support an event that brings together the brightest minds and boldest innovations in geotechnical and deep foundation engineering.
From commercial construction and utility infrastructure to transportation and energy, we had the opportunity to connect with engineers, contractors, and decision-makers from across the country—and across industries. Our team shared new advances in high-capacity pile systems, cutting-edge drive head technology, and jobsite-ready solutions that continue to redefine what’s possible in the field.
At the heart of PierTech’s participation was a standout technical presentation from Daniel Renosto, our Director of Operations. Daniel's talk—“Helical Piles: Geotechnical Behavior in Missouri Residual Soils”—highlighted field results from a static load test performed on a 3-½" shaft pile with 10", 12", and 14" helices.
The test site featured a complex profile of colluvial and residual soils derived from cherty limestone, shale, and sandstone, typical of Missouri terrain. The presentation revealed not only that the estimated load capacity was exceeded, but also demonstrated exceptional kt correlation and axial performance—even in these highly weathered and variable soils.
Daniel’s analysis reinforced the reliability, efficiency, and adaptability of helical piles in transitional geologic conditions, sparking strong interest among geotechnical engineers and foundation designers in attendance.
At PierTech, innovation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s our foundation. From our patented Cross Lock™ Connection to our high-capacity Hercules™ Pile System, we’re pushing boundaries so that contractors and engineers can build stronger, safer, and faster than ever before.
Thank you to all who stopped by our booth, attended Daniel’s session, and joined the conversation. We’re grateful to be part of this evolving industry—and proud to continue leading it forward.
