The installation involved driving piles to a depth of (14) feet, with a compression capacity of (10) tons working. The chosen pile type was CHANCE RS2875.217 10” x 12” x 14” leads connected to RS2875.217 84” extensions, capped off with galvanized termination caps. There weren't any soil borings provided on this project, highlighting the skilled execution of the pile installation despite potential challenges related to soil conditions. To ensure precision and adherence to specifications, a pile monitor was employed on-site to verify that the pilings were installed to the correct tonnage. This meticulous approach guarantees the structural integrity and stability of the support system for the newly established splash pad.
