Matlacha is a small community between Cape Coral and Pine Island, and this was ground zero when hurricane Ian hit Florida.
The project entails the installation of underpinning helical piling configurations for the stabilization of an existing historical structure.
The Chance SS5 10" x 12" lead sections and SS5 extensions were installed to a (5) ton load capacity.
A total of (15) piles were installed to an average depth of (14) feet, and the project was completed in one day.
